3. Services Purchased Directly From My Prime Travel

Where My Prime Travel clearly identifies itself as the direct seller or service provider and accepts payment directly from you, the cancellation and refund terms displayed during checkout, on the service page, or in your booking confirmation will apply.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, service fees, consultation fees, processing fees, administrative fees, and work already performed may be non-refundable.

10. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear in your account. International payments and certain payment methods may require additional processing time.

My Prime Travel is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, travel providers, or other third parties.
